WTAS Global Extends Reach to the Netherlands and Russia through Addition of Taxperience Group

[By NBC-1TV H. J Yook]WTAS Global announces locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, 's-Hertogenbosch, and Moscow through the recent addition of the Taxperience Group. Founded in 2005 by Managing Directors Ruben van Aarle, Ramon van Aarle and Sam Abbing, Taxperience provides tax advisory and consultancy to businesses in the Netherlands, Russia and Europe with a focus on corporate and international tax as well M&A issues.

“The addition of Taxperience to WTAS Global is part of a natural progression. We have a long standing relationship with Taxperience. They are trusted colleagues and part of a very high quality firm with a terrific reputation,” said Mark Vorsatz, CEO of WTAS and Chair of WTAS Global Management Council. “This is a great fit for our clients and for WTAS Global.”

Also joining WTAS Global from the Taxperience Group are Managing Directors Erik van Peursem and Diederic Hauser in 's-Hertogenbosch, Rogier van Schalkwijk in Amsterdam, and Ernstjan Rutten in Moscow. Much like the other WTAS Global firms, Taxperience was established with a vision of building a best in class, independent, international tax practice. The backgrounds of the seven Managing Directors joining WTAS Global as part of the Taxperience Group are consistent with those of the current WTAS Global Managing Directors, as is their shared commitment to the core values of stewardship and excellence.

“Our collaboration with WTAS Global is a valuable and strategic move. Our clients’ international needs are expanding every day. As part of WTAS Global, we can ensure that our clients will receive best in class service and access to top tax professionals in the U.S., Europe and beyond,” stated Ruben. “In addition, WTAS Global is well positioned to meet the needs of public companies faced with increasing regulations around the separation of audit and non-audit services. This topic is especially relevant to our Dutch clients and we expect this trend will gain momentum throughout Europe.”
