J Yook]WTF President Chungwon Choue presents a plaque of appreciation to Koos Engelbrecht, chairman of the WTF Para-Taekwondo Committee, at the WTF General Assembly in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Chelyabinsk, Russia on May 11, 2015. The IPC voted on Jan. 31, 2015 to include taekwondo in the official program of the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.
