[By NBC-1TV Lena Kim] visited one place to introduce a beautiful event. It was retirement ceremony of Kim In-Soo who was once first vice president of middle and high school federation of Korean taekwon-do and even had done a commentator of MBC for takwon-do matches.

Celebrating his retirement and expressing sincere appreciation for his teaching for more than thirty years, pupils of Kim In-Soo prepared many things such as saying a poem, writing thank you letters and preparing a song for him. His pupils even invited students of Kyunghee university to sing special songs for him. They all volunteerly arranged them. Mr. Kim's family and close friends are invited as well.

Kim In-Soo was very impressed by this event and expressed his feeling, "I had been taught students for thirty-seven years and it's already time to leave school. Among countless precious memories during this long but short period, the most impressive thing for me is the time of training with my dear students. My retirement doesn't mean the end of my work. I think that this is the new start and I put more effort on the success of Korean taekwon-do".

Whoever join this event could feel warm atmosphere all around. Kim In-Soo's teaching highly contributed to the development of Korean taekwon-do, because his teaching with all his heart led many students to the right way with great success. His pupils are now great trainer, teachers and professors in taekwon-do field.

This sincere and deep relationship between teachers and students might be one of the main factors to the success of Korean taekwon-do, and this good example can be applied to many different times and many different areas in Korea.

It can be said that this well shows one of parts which consist of soul of Korea and soul of Korean people. Don't you think so? [김인수]
