AOI System is the product of Germany's EPP, which is equipment with the advanced technology to determine all the bad states of all patterns formed in ceramic substrates.

Through the differentiated light source technology, it can be applied to all ceramic substrates including gold, silver and tungsten. And it is easy to detect defects and implement 3D through the clear resolution. It can inspect up to a maximum 80 layers as conducting the product process inception of Hybrid, SiC, LTCC, MLCC, HTCC, etc.

Spi Sun Simulator, a product of Spire Solar of the US, is an inspection equipment to verify the output of solar cell & modules, which offers convenience of the use of In-line and easy installation due to its compact size. Especially, it is being used as the international standard equipment and it can measure not only the solar cell & modules of a crystalline such as Mono and Multi, but also the solar module of a thin film such as CIGS, CeTd and a-Si.

Power Gate Inverter, a large capacity conversion device supplied by Satcon of the US, is developed for solar power plants and comprised by a variety of models from 100KW to 1MW. It acquired the UL and the CE certifications and has high AC power conversion efficiency of more than 98% on average. In addition, since outdoor installation is possible, it can reduce significantly the costs of installing solar power plants.
