In partnership with the intelligent policy enforcement company Procera Networks, Openet enables the operator to optimize mobile data network performance for all subscribers, and to control network costs.

Openet and Procera are working together worldwide to help operators meet the needs of mobile subscribers. As more consumers begin to rely on their smartphones for everyday tasks, policy solutions deliver an improved experience by enabling them to monitor data consumption in real-time, set personal alerts and purchase additional data entitlement.

Through the Policy Manager implementation, Openet and Procera have made it possible for the operator to experience the greatest data ARPU and subscriber growth in its region.
