[By NBC-1TV H. J Yook]PayGate Co. Ltd. will going to appoint Mr. Dong-Wook Shin as a Chief Financial Officer after 15th annual shareholders' meeting.

The meeting will include sales report, 3-year business plan, introduction of Mr. Shin, the approval of 2013 financial reports and the compensation of directors.

PayGate Co. Ltd. expects to see improved management support from having a new CFO in terms of finance and accounting management.

Beginning of 2014, PayGate is planning on improving overall services to prepare for the year 2015 by creating financial statistics, planning on new services, risk management, human resource management.

Mr. Shin has worked for Samil accounting firm and Shinwoo account firm for extensive period of time. Mr. Shin has worked with various large company audits including Daekyo Corp., LG IS and etc.. also, he has profession on corporate finance and enough experience on the field.

Before the official announcement, Mr. Shin has been working as company support on finance and acounting and after, the officially appointment his capability will improve. he showed aspiration that he will improve company's outlook and taking a position on reading flow of the company.
