Based on 20 years of semiconductor industry experience with DRAM and NAND memory products, Graham will explain how hybrid 3D architectures are enabling the high-performance computing world, providing greater bandwidth and energy efficiency than any existing memory technology.
Micron's Hybrid Memory Cube is the first to successfully combine advanced logic with DRAM process technology using through-silicon vias, and it is scheduled for volume production the second half of 2013.
